Wet Paint
Wet Paint is an independently owned art supply store in St. Paul, Minnesota, serving the Twin Cities community since 1976. Located on St. Paul’s vibrant Grand Avenue, Wet Paint is a favorite of professionals, students, beginners, and young people. The staff at Wet Paint is extremely knowledgeable and can assist in the selection of materials for any creative project. Beth Bergman, Wet Paint’s owner, is a founding member of WARM and a major contributor to WARM programs.

Women’s Organizations

A.I.R. Gallery
A.I.R. Gallery’s Mission is to advance the status of women artists by exhibiting quality work by a diverse group of women artists and to provide leadership and community to women artists.

Women’s Art Institute
The Women’s Art Institute is a Twin Cities summer institute for female artists to  learn and build community together.   Starting in 2013 the Institute will be held at St. Catherine University and is facilitated by WARM Founders Elizabeth Erickson and Patricia Olson.

Women and Their Work
Women & Their Work is an Austin, TX based women’s art organization designed to promote women’s contributions to cultural life.

Women’s Caucus For Art
The Women’s Caucus for Art, founded in 1972 in connection with the College Art Association (CAA), is a national organization unique in its multi-disciplinary, multicultural membership of artists, art historians, students /educators, museum professionals and galleries in the visual arts. WARM members who are also members of WCA receive a reciprocal 10% discount on their membership in both organizations.

Minnesota Women’s Consortium
The Minnesota Women’s Consortium is the only one of its kind in the country. As a statewide collaboration of 150+ member organizations, the Consortium serves as a resource center to enhance equality and justice for women and children.

Woman Made Gallery
Woman Made Gallery is a Chicago based nonprofit organization founded in 1992. Its goal is to support women in the arts by providing opportunities, awareness, and advocacy. It specifically accomplishes this through monthly thematic exhibitions which raise public awareness and recognition of women’s cultural contributions.

The Bloomington Art Center exists to stimulate creativity by making high quality arts programs accessible to people of all ages, skills and abilities.

Crossings
Located in Zumbrota, MN, Crossings offers art exhibitions, classes, and musical performances.   WARM artists have exhibited and taught classes here.

Edina Art Center

Highpoint Center for Printmaking
The Highpoint Center for Printmaking is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the art of printmaking. Its goals are to provide educational programs, community access, and collaborative publishing opportunities to engage the community and increase the appreciation and understanding of the printmaking arts.

Northern Clay Center
Northern Clay Center’s mission is the advancement of the ceramic arts. Its goals are to promote excellence in the work of clay artists, to provide educational opportunities for artists and the community, and to encourage and expand the public’s appreciation and understanding of all forms of the ceramic arts.

Patrick’s Cabaret
Patrick’s Cabaret is an informal performance venue in Minneapolis, Minnesota.

Project Art for Nature
Project Art for Nature (PAN) is a collaboration of artists and illustrators from Minnesota and Wisconsin, working independently and collaboratively to create artwork which promotes stewardship of threatened natural areas in our region.

Soo Visual Arts Center
Founded by visual artist Suzy Greenberg, the non-profit gallery space and studio is based in the founder’s relationship with art—one that views the artistic as vital to personal and community health and vision. SooVAC is a place where community can be built, a place where artists and viewers challenge each other to learn, create, and question. Perhaps most notably, SooVAC is a place where accessibility of the arts has been considered from the start.

Textile Center
The Textile Center is a coalition of the textile community, dedicated to promoting and preserving textile excellence.

Bohlander Arts
This Minneapolis gallery features the work of local artists, often showing the work of WARM artists.

Cult Status Gallery
Cult Status Gallery is dedicated to promoting the arts in Minneapolis by connecting artists to their audiences through monthly exhibitions. We are also working to create a cohesive art scene in Uptown, Minneapolis by organizing and producing an annual art crawl, and First Fridays that include the local galleries and music venues. We are also dedicated to networking with other similar minded galleries in other cities and countries to achieve a broader audience.

The Grand Hand Gallery
This gallery in Saint Paul features the work of contemporary craft artists, including WARM artists.

Rogue Buddha
The ROGUE buddha GALLERY is a Contemporary place to view art, located at 357 13th ave NE in Minneapolis.

Sosin/Sosin Gallery Studio
Sosin/Sosin Studio Gallery is primarily a working studio and gallery open by appointment, exhibiting the paintings and sculptures of Georgette Sosin and handbuilt pottery of Henry Sosin. Several yearly invitational shows are open to the public during regular business hours. A long-time member of WARM, Georgette Sosin periodically includes WARM members in the gallery’s invitational exhibits.

Arts Minnesota

Arts Minnesota explores the visual arts throughout Minnesota. This state has a rich tradition of painting and sculpture, which continues today, especially in the works of local women and minority artists. Blog articles also explore how contemporary Minnesota art fits into broader national and international artistic movements. The blog provides a monthly arts calendar of local art events, and useful links to artists and organizations.
