A reduced rate of $25 per year is available to protegees during the two-year mentorship period.

- Exhibition fee in 2010 of at least $50
- $50 for a two year membership in WARM at the $25 reduced rate
Time
Mentorship teams arrange to schedule 40 hours of contact time over the course of the two-year program cycle.
