WARM Artists Respond

WHAT: WARM member exhibit.

Your membership MUST be paid through December 31, 2020.
This is a non-juried exhibition open to all current WARM members. Submissions are accepted on first-come, first-serve basis.

ENTRY REQUIREMENTS:

  • Art must not have been shown in a previous WARM exhibit.
  • Art must be available for the entire run of the exhibition.
  • Maximum height: 75 inches high
  • Maximum width: 31 inches wide
  • There is no entry fee. Please consider a donation to support this exhibition.
  • The art sales commission will be 60% to artists and 40% to WARM. Artists will be responsible for paying the commission to WARM after they have completed the sale. Work does not have to be for sale.
  • St. Thomas Department of Art History Gallery does not supply pedestals.
  • All 2D work must be READY TO HANG in the gallery with sturdy picture-hanging wire attached with D-rings.
  • Please attach a tag to the back of your artwork with your name, phone number, email, artwork title, and price. Work does not have to be for sale.

ART DROP OFF:

Aug. 24-28, exact times TBD
Parking TBD.
Please Note: you must take any packaging material with you.

There will be staff available to assist with the process.
Artists are required to sign the gallery contract at art drop off.

ART PICK UP:

Jan. 4-8, 2021, exact times TBD
There will be staff available to assist with the process.
WARM is not responsible for artwork that is not picked up by January 8, 2021

WARM is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the artwork while in the gallery. Artwork will be handled with reasonable care. WARM assumes no responsibility for damage to fragile work nor work framed with glass. All work must have a secure hanging or display device.

Gallery Hours:

Open daily and admission is free
Monday – Thursday 9 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Friday 9 a.m. – 6 p.m.
Saturday 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Sunday 12 p.m. – 5 p.m.

PARKING DURING THE EXHIBITION:
Street parking is available in non-permit areas along Cleveland Avenue and Summit Avenue. Guests are also welcome to park in the Anderson Parking Facility and the Morrison Parking Ramp.
