Newsletter Submission Form

If you wish to submit an item for the next newsletter, there are two steps to complete.

  1. You will need to upload an image, no larger than 200 pixels on the shortest side and 300 pixels on the largest side, and named using the format of “artist name-title.jpg”to our Dropbox folder using this link:
    (Note: You do not need to be a Dropbox member to use this link!)
  2. Then complete the form below and click the Submit button when you are done.

Note: Due to differences in computers and mobile devices, you may want to draft your text separately and paste it into the description box once you are happy with it. Technology has a bad tendency to do the unexpected when you try to do a lot of editing in a web based form!

Submit Items for the WARM Newsletter

This could be the name of your exhibition or event, or the point of the announcement: "Sue Sanders wins Artistic Excellence Award".
Include the full street address
e.g. Opening Reception, January 7th, 5-7pm, Exhibition Jan 2 - Feb 15, Gallery Hours: Th - Sat 12 - 5pm and by appt.
Description of your item. Include a name, email, phone, and/or website for more information or updates on your event. You may wish to include a URL to your Facebook event to allow readers to get updates.
Include the artist's name & art piece title. Images must be no more than 200 x 300 pixels, preferably square. The layout of your item may be off on mobile devices if your image is not square.
